Skindiver warranty repair

Audrey helped me with a warranty issue with my Skindiver automatic After some routine troubleshooting it was deemed necessary for me to return the watch for repair The process was very smooth I received a pre-paid DHL shipping label and the entire turn around from the US to France and back was just less than 5 weeks with Christmas and New Year in between I thought the service was excellent

I have three Wolbrook watches and I think they are great value and well made I did however have a problem with my skindiver so contacted Audrey in customer services and the watch was repaired under warranty with so little fuss that I hardly noticed it happening The watch is fine now Many thanks to Audrey for her great customer service

Superb customer services from Wolbrook I purchased a watch using a discount code At the time they were running a promotion where you could choose a free additional strap with each watch This promotion did not work for me and I assumed it was due to not being able to use along with a discount code so no biggie Shortly after placing the order I received a message from them to say they had ipdated my order with a complimentary strap and to contact them should I want to change to a different type which I did The watch I purchased is stunning and I m extremely happy with the fit finish and quality of both the watch and the free strap The only issue is that I unfortunately had to pay hefty import taxes to the UK but that s something outside of their control Would definitely recommend
