My first distillery tour
I was visiting a guided tour and tasting and the experience was great Charlie the guide of the tour was superb he was very informative and funny and the whisky is great as well

Copied from an email just sent to the Wolfburn Sales Team Could I just pass on my thanks to Jen and the team Once I realised there was a problem with my order and spoke to Jen it was clear that the customer service I was receiving for a simple t-shirt order was first class I was genuinely surprised at the care and attention my simple order was receiving and just want to pass on my thanks The order arrived today packaged well and containing two tasting glasses which I had not expected which was a lovely gesture The quality of the glasses and the t-shirt itself are great Many thanks Good service is rare these days but you guys have renewed my faith Your whisky and your merchandise will be recommended by me to all my friends and colleagues and I wish all the team at Wolfburn all the very best
