Review of WOLLF 1 5 I had a truly disappointing experience with WOLLF and I cannot recommend them to anyone The shoe I received was far from what was advertised it was so poor in quality that I wouldn t even consider giving it to someone I dislike The images on their website depict a product that seems worth the price but what arrived was anything but Plus it has all the info and addresses as if it s located in Germany until you demand a refund or return of a product because it s damaged or in this case damaged and compared to what you ordered worthless The return policy is incredibly unreasonable They do not allow returns if you are unhappy with the product instead insisting on offering vouchers for future purchases It feels like a tactic to avoid refunding your money If you do want a refund they require you to ship the item back to their main warehouse at your own expense costing around 80 euros This is not only frustrating but essentially traps you into keeping a product you aren t satisfied with Additionally my order arrived 10 days later than promised which added to my frustration The quality of the shoe suggested that they may have shipped rejected items and simply edited their photos to mislead potential buyers Customer service was no help either I encountered unhelpful responses and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously After pressing the issue they finally agreed to issue a refund but the entire process was exhausting and aggravating I will address my experience to the European Consumer Protection Agency as WOLLF appears to be engaging in deceptive practices They not only sell substandard goods but also have return conditions that do not comply with EU regulations I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice before shopping with WOLLF It s not worth the risk

WOLFF DAMENMODE HONG KONG YAMING GROUP A Scam Enabled by PayPal s Inaction
WOLFF DAMENMODE HONG KONG YAMING GROUP LIMITED is a fraudulent company operating under a false German identity and deceptive website that has conned numerous customers in Germany and across Europe They deceive consumers by presenting themselves as a reputable local retailer while being based in China Upon reviewing the overwhelming negative reviews on Trustpilot it becomes clear that this seller has a long history of misleading advertising delivering low-quality merchandise that does not match the descriptions and making the return process extremely difficult and costly for customers I experienced first-hand the seller s blatant disregard for customer rights and attempted fraud in early January 2025 I placed an order with WOLFF DAMENMODE Their website led me to believe I was interacting with a legitimate German retailer when in fact I was dealing with a Chinese company HONG KONG YAMING GROUP LIMITED This is yet another tactic used by the Hong Kong YaMing Group Limited to misrepresent the true nature of their business I felt completely misled which prompted me to submit a formal complaint to them and opened a case with PayPal asking the seller to CANCEL MY ORDER STOP THE SHIPMENT IN CHINA and ISSUE A FULL REFUND of my payment They instead attempted to mislead PayPal by responding that they would issue a refund only after they had received the physical goods back from me they must be fully aware that I did not have the possession of the physical goods because the package was still in transit in China Even more disappointing is PayPal s business as usual approach Despite being a supposed credible payment platform PayPal allows this fraudulent company to continue operating without taking necessary action to protect consumers Even after PayPal has finally decided in my favour I still found their overall lack of initiative in banning WOLFF DAMENMODE unacceptable Their inaction contributes to the ongoing deception of hundreds if not thousands of customers in Germany and across Europe I have formally alerted the European Consumer Centre Germany about the fraudulent activities of WOLFF DAMENMODE Hong Kong YaMing Group Limited and the fact that PayPal has maintained a business as usual approach facilitating customers across the EU and Europe to be deceived by this company As the payment platform PayPal should be held responsible for not protecting its customers from such fraudulent activities I encourage other victims of WOLFF DAMENMODE to take a stand by reporting your experiences to the EUROPEAN CONSUMER CENTRE NETWORK ECC in your home countries Please provide clear information in your Power of Attorney the form is available on ECC-Net website and send this document to PayPal as evidence or to any payment company you used in your transaction Defendant PayPal Europe S r l et Cie S C A Co-Defendant WOLFF DAMENMODEKeywords PayPal s business as usual approach consumer fraud fraudulent business practices Please contact the EUROPEAN CONSUMER CENTRE NETWORK ECC in your home country and file a complaint We need to hold both PayPal and Wolff Damenmode accountable for their action inaction and we can stop this fraud and protect other consumers from similar experiences

This site is a scam
This site is a scam I received my item 25 days after the order even thought it said it would take 5-7 days I had to contact them multiple times to get an update When it did finally arrive I was shocked at how cheap and so not like the coat pictured I thought I was ordering a teddy coat and it showed up as a fleece robe When I emailed them for instructions to return and get a refund the email kicked back as error that it doesnt exist What a deceiving and shitty experience I wish I had read this first
