Complete waste of money 1 The blood glucose is consistently off Both my husband and I got one of these watches The two watches are off from each other and both are off from doing the regular finger stick Same is true with BP Watch 1 read 107 74 watch 2 read 128 84 BP cuff and monitor read 142 86 Completely useless 2 I tried to install the Healthware app on my phone I get a message saying the app is not accessible and the developer is aware of the issue So that in itself is useless 3 Measurement units are not US friendly Time only reads in military time i e 1 00 PM reads as 13 00 Temperature only reads as Celcius Blood glucose is only read in mmol L None of these measurement units can be changed So to get standard US measurement units recognized and used by doctors across the US you will have to do this formula every time to get your temp in Farenheit C x 9 5 32 And every time you check your blood sugar you will have to multiply the result by 18 0182 to get the reading in standard measurement unit used and recognized across the US I would not recommend this watch for anyone Save your money do your research and go with something more user friendly and accurate

I sent an email mail to customers support and they never answer back Watch is not working right I ask for help never got it it return policy is a joke Just lost143 87 They need to give better instruction on how to set it to your on boby The blood sugar was always about 40 point off As well as temp was too

The Suga Pro watch is advertised to do an ECG reading it does not I returned two of the watches they said they only received one They only issued credit for one watch I returned two both in the same box I have been fighting them for over a month I do not recommend Wolfnotch

I had this watch for 6 month False glucose reading I fast and eat nothing and watch has 3 peaks for 8am 12 noon and 5pm Randomly generated numbers Same for blood pressure Made in China but whites are pushing it so you will be fooled and think it made in the U S Fake watch should be taking off the market Diabetic can died with fake readings I am a Pharmacist and know what I am talking about SCAM

The watch is a total fraud It is not accurate at all I attempted to return and customer service said I didn t submit within 30 day return policy I sent my emails that I sent to them to request return and they did not honor my emails and the fact I did request to return well within 30 days DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH

It WAS a good watch up until 3 days ago I contacted customer service and they basically told me since it s out of the 30 days warranty they don t care there was nothing as to ask if they could help me figure out what was going on Not a happy customer very upset

Suga Pro Watch is a Fraud

I purchased the Suga Pro Watch for 140 00 The watch is very unreliable in measuring Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure I measured both with reliable finger stick glucose tested and the watch registered a reading of 122 and the blood glucose tester that I purchased from a very reliable pharmacy registered 152 I did this in the afternoon some hours after a meal My cardiologist did my blood pressure in her office and was 144 85 the watch was 122 80 I contacted customer service in the 30 day return policy window and the did respond twice saying I didn t I have the emails that I sent I am disputing the charge with my credit card company This watch is a fraud DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH
