I received tights that tore after one wear I sent them back as requested by Wolford The return has yet to be processed after approx 6 weeks and the customer service team has now requested that I sign a statutory declaration with respect to the return This is frankly abhorrent considering the poor drafting and unclear ramifications of signing same

Do not shop Wolfords online
I normally had good experiences with ordering Wolfords online in the past Maybe the new generation of staff lack social skills and rely too much on ai and bots Everytime I contacted them to assist with an issue eg UK customs were asking me about their documentation that only they could reply to or a returned item which i tracked required them to pick it up but they weren t doing so hence delaying me getting a refund they just replied with frustrating generic replies e g we see your package is at UK customs please be patient or we will refund you per our rules when we recieve your order Four months later I had enough and went through PayPal to get my money back and I did within 2 weeks I hope they got fined for their incompetence and awful customer service After this experience they have lost my faith and my custom Good riddance Wolfords I do not recommend them to any one on 2024 Their service and quality of products has gone down hill this year

Shocking customer service at Canary Wharf store
Extremely rude and aggressive store manager at the Canary Wharf branch She basically yelled at me for asking for a refund because a pair of tights that I purchased from the store ripped after the first use I have never experienced such a thing at any other store In the end she let me exchange them for a new pair which I ve now had for 3 months and haven t ripped but the whole experience was just absolutely shocking and very uncomfortable Furthermore please beware before purchasing in store that you cannot return anything even if the packaging is not opened or anything they only do exchanges

Single worst company I have ever had
Single worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - wolford comHad my money since November 2022 and despite providing their own courier s confirmation of return they still did not refund me for either order There customer service do not understand emails and the UK phone number is incorrect Check out other review sites - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars it still would have been too much They have no idea how to manage their online shop Nothing went good - from the moment I placed an order all the way till I had to return some items It took them ages a month to deliver my order Then I have discovered that some items were not in the box upon reaching out to them directly I have learned that they will not ship my full order because they don t have the items in stock Not even a prior notification that I won t receive my full order nothing I have returned a couple of items using their return label but there was silence on their end for 2 weeks I have reached out to the customer service again and they said they did not receive my order Luckily I saved a ticket from shipping the package with a confirmation that it was delivered and received by them Nevertheless they are not able to identify it and asking me now to fill some forms so they can start investigation Disorganized lousy company that you should stay away from

WOLFORD WEBSITE IS NOW A SCAM - AVOID
I have been a loyal Wolford customer since 2007 I placed an order online almost four weeks ago and have received nothing Like others I received no confirmation email and payment was taken a few days after the order On my online account the order status says NEW I have sent emails to three different addresses - all have bounced Phone numbers don t work I visited the store on Kings Road The manager was not able or willing to assist and didn t really care She said that there are delays and that the company is separate from UK retail She could only give me an email address even after I said emails to that address and others were bouncing back and said to just wait All of the above - particularly the lack of communication or even means of communication - is totally unacceptable not least from a high end label I m appalled that the online store is still running and the company is promoting itself on Instagram On the Companies House website the company status is active I plan to file a complaint with Companies House They are on Companies House under Wolford London Limited company number 0747514 If you have been affected I suggest you do the same and this might lead to action being taken against the company and refunds to creditors including scammed customers I m also going to call Vogue the Daily Mail the BBC and Net-a-Porter to suggest they run a story since there is a public interest in protecting consumers from a scam

Hi don t shop at Wolford No high quality customer service You place an order and you pay for it No information about when the order will be delivered After reaching out to the customer service department I received answer that items aren t on stock No solution has been offered so far
