Cold food delayed delivery poor customer support
I was delivered cold food from Wolt from a restaurant that is 1 6km away not even in rush hour Driver picked up food from other restaurants which resulted in my food being cold The driver had his window open when he drove in and was keeping the food in a foodora bag which I believe is their competitor on the open window side These standards however are acceptable for Wolt and I accordingly was denied compensation I rarely complain and they always used to fix it Unsure if there has been a change in their ownership or if their standards are just going down the drain Have deleted the app because it seems like I can expect cold food in the future as it obviously doesn t go against their standards Oh well was a fun run while it lasted but at the end of the day it is their loss of profit and not mine
