Unique situation excellent support

With the assistance of Lynden I was able to purchase a wood burning stove exhaust system The installation was part of a service project church mission trip I had partial measurements from a third party small window for delivery onto the Navajo Nation in AZ and not familiar with installation nor safety requirements Lynden took the time to walk me through the entire process I wish I could report the entire process was flawless though a family disagreement occurred resulting in us not being able to start complete the install Thanks to Chris assistance the purchased items are being returned per policy If the opportunity again arises I will not hesitate to re-order from Woodland Direct

We had a hard time finding a replacement for our deteriorating fireplace grate that was 26 to 28 inches in length and 12 inches in depth Most in that length were 14 to 15 inches in depth which wouldn t work for our fireplace dimensions We were delighted to find just what we needed here
