Shocking shocking shocking
It pains me to say but the service here has been absolutely awful Order placed on 20 12 pre BrexitSome items not in but promised they would be in within a week 11 1 refunded because VAT had been charged but refunded without the shipping chargeChased and got shopping rechargedAsked if the product was in stock - told yes so placed new orderThe item wasn t in stock so went on pre-orderArrived in Spain couldn t pay charges on their couriers websiteSent mail to Woodworkers workshop - received a response a week laterPaid the chargesNo delivery - sent email on 03 Feb asking them to chase upReceived a response a week later after I chased again There was an issue with their courier in Spain it would take a week to resolveI chased 10 days later after no communication No response from Woodworkers workshopToday I received a refund - but partial because of the charges I had to pay which I cannot recoverAwful service - never using them againFollowing the reply - I suggest you read the emails to highlight how many errors and the obvious lack of communication on your behalf As you say a regular customer if I get treated this way - God help any newcomers Happy to be rid of Woodworkers Workshop - shocking service
