Surprised how quickly we received the pizza dough usually we are penalised for where we live Well packaged and arrived in tact Will in future use Woody Oven for all my pizza ingredients

We have been looking for a tasty but affordable dough for a party coming up this weekend so we bought 24 so we could test them first and have enough for the party well we certainly found what we were looking for The pizza dough is beautiful And one of the more affordable ones out there We also got the 00 flour and some hot honey Perfect combination for the perfect pizza So much so we have gone through the dough and had to order more for the party Would buy over and over

The Woody Pizza Oven is amazing I did plenty of research on all the ovens out there and went with this one I certainly wasn t disappointed it s amazing Great for the family The customer service is amazing Always there ready to help straight away Highly recommend

Great product don t rush the build double check

Love the product after EVENTUALLY getting it from DPD I fired it up last night to season the stone nicely brought it up to full temp no issues with maintaining 450-500c for 20 minutes before bringing it up and then allowing to cool Look forward to cooking on it One criticism are the build instructions the video is so fast and small parts covered by hands that a novice diy er would struggle a little tweak would be helpful I would give it a 4 5 the 5 is taken off because of the instructions and not the product or team but on review I ll add the 5 back for the outstanding customer care team made me feel like my purchase mattered Edited Just seen the updated version of the instructions with this in place I ll give the full 5 plus 5 for the customer care experience PLUS 5 for the customer care team updating me and actually listening to their customers and amending instructions on the build Outstanding well worth the 6 out of 5

There were a few niggles with the order

There were a few niggles with the order initially but their excellent customer support got it sorted quickly and sent a few extras to apologise The oven is amazing but still trying to work out controlling the heat
