Well I was really worried as I ordered then found these reviews However have received my rabbit fur rug and it s gorgeous I m really pleased

They gave the rug to charity

Woolly Fluff sent me the wrong coloured rug After a few emails we came to an arrangement where they refunded me the cost of the rug and I donated the rug to charity upon their request Everyone happy

Don t believe all the poor reviews

I ordered a rug from Woolyfluff mid March after just reading the first page of reviews on Trust pilot since they were all positive Later on I came back and was horrified to see those reviews had been removed I asked the company to cancel but I was too late After a lot of tooling and froing between Elizabeth and I I must say contrary to a lot of reviews it was all pleasant and I couldn t have asked for any better customer service Elizabeth was helpful right from the start and I m sure went out her way to resolve any issue I had Subsequently I opened the parcel as I was going to donate it to charity and to my shock I really liked the rug Yes it s not the thickest rug I ve come across anc it did have a chemical smell but this dissipated after an hour out of the vacuum pack To put it into perspective when I had managed to get myself into a panic because I thought after reading the poor reviews that I was either being scammed or I was going to end up with a rag Elizabeth reassured me each step of the way even though I must have been very difficult I bought a slightly smaller rug from wayfair and it was just as thin

Look s the part

Took awhile to receive my rug s but was worth waiting for and i think at a good price The colours are true to pictures I bought a Camel one and a Grey one Although they are quite light in weight however when put down they actually look thick and heavy They definitely serve their purpose for me Many Thanks

Great product prompt and supportive replies from Elizabeth as Customer Services team I bought the Thundra 90 x 150 cm I liked its 4 pelts sewn toghetrher style as my floor area is not a geometric square or standard shape Plus i move things around in the summer so I wanted something not too square I have always found faux fur throws easier to live with - i wash it n its dried n perfect in a few hours Sheepskin is a bit more of a mither The rug itself is stunning the touch and the look It arrived in time for Xmas as i had hoped within 2 weeks of ordering and everyone was wowwed by it I have never seen anything like it in the shops n this suited me too - the price was good too compared to other online sites significantly so for this size I keep draping it over the sofa over my back exercise chair and it looks fab whatever i do with it Buddy the cat was blissed out when i used it as a throw on the bed during a very cold snap He loves it and does that kneading paw thing xx Its good n thick as a rug but relaxed enough for a bit of draping - and who doesn t love a bit of draping I m absolutely chuffed with this rug n am definitely ordering more when i finish my decorating xx
