Worst online experience Ruined my Christmas

They promised that if you make a purchase online by a certain date they will have it delivered by Christmas Well and DHL played along claimed that it should arrive on 23rd December BUT today it is 24th the jacket is still in Milan I won t be able to exchange gifts with my family this evening thanks to them lying about the delivery dates etc Customer services representatives are absolutely unwilling to help and asked me to continue to wait until it arrives I just felt left helpless with the situation

Pay to get bad service

My wife tried to get a couple of parkas for the family for Christmas We still haven t received the package and now it is 27th December What s more - we have been informed that they are out of stock with some parkas after Christmas So we won t received the one we most liked So what s the point of ordering from them We regret we didn t go for Canada Goose or Knuckles Such an online shopping failure and got the whole family upset during the festive season Unhelpful telephone customer service All I can say is you don t want to pay this much to get terrible service

Have to pay for receiving NOTHING

Ordered a pair of shoes and according to T T this will be shipped to a pickup point Then I changed my mind and I requested Woolrich CS to ship the parcel back to sender The message has been delivered to shipping company Then a strange update occurs on the T T after update parcel will be sent back to sender parcel has been delivered to receiver I haven t received the parcel so I immediately contacted Woolrich CS and told them about it Even though they can see the T T with the update parcel will be returned to sender Woolrich won t start an investigation where the parcel has been delivered So now I have to PAY for nothing That s fcked up WOOLRICH

Gloves bought online No delivery and no refund

Bought a pair of gloves online mid November 2022 and paid Very soon it turned out that the gloves were lost We had to contact the shipping company they used DPD ourselves to see what the issue was Early December DPD was not able to trace package and we requested a refund at Woolrich Woolrich said they would check with DPD themselves and revert to us After sending many e-mails it is Early January 2023 now and still no refund They say they still do not have an official statement from DPD and therefor cannot refund Apperently they cannot pick up the phone and call their transport company to verify There is no interest nor effort from Woolrich to solve this issue or to serve you as a customer They will accept your payment and that s it

I have bought from Woolrich before with no problems at all I think Brexit has not helped at all Bought my trousers on Black Friday week November and had not received the item till beginning of January after me getting in touch with them Unfortunately I put to be delivered to safe place cupboard and DHL left it outside Now the parcel is no where to be seen at all DHL will not take any responsibility and still awaiting response from Woolrich I cannot see a good outcome from this purchase

Avoid this brand

I m not one to write reviews but my experience with the online service from Woolrich has been the worst online service experience I have experienced yet Their phone service is not connected to their office and is useless Once I finally got in email contact with them I have found their customer service team to be unhelpful rude and dishonest Quite the combination I would strongly recommend against purchasing products from them

Use PayPal buyer protection if you can

Like a lot of other people here I made a return to Woolwich and they stonewalled me on the refund falsely claiming they hadn t received the package even though the tracking proved that they d signed for it My advice is 1 use PayPal buyer protection if you can I got my money back almost immediately after raising a claim and 2 it s against the rules to post names or email addresses here but the job title of the person with overall responsibility for this stuff at Woolrich is General Manager Global DTC Digital so I recommend digging up that person s email address because you will get a much better response from them than you ll get from customer service

DONT BUY FROM Woolrich JR B THE QUALITY IS THE WORS THAN YOU CAN GET

This company is a disgrace they did not pay the customs duty PRODUTS ARE LEST QUALITY THAN PRIMAR AFTER ONE WASH THE 400 JACKET IS DAMAGE AND IPOSIBME TO USED I am absolutely disgusted and looks like I am not alone here Under no circumstance buy from this company

The worst quality jacket ever

The worst quality jacket ever I wash like said in the label and now the feather padding makes balls and does not warm don t have any warranty
