Amazing Service - New customer
I am a new customer who signed in to your site yesterday I had a large to place for a Christmas family function Not knowing the site well and not wanting to mess up the order I phoned and Angela promptly answered the call She patiently sat with me and walked me through the paces ie sizes and colours and also the nuances of the Wordan site which would help me with future orders At no point did I hear a bit of frustration or impatience as she worked with me through the order She was knowledgeable helpful kind and very friendly The order was placed and I was very happy I thanked her and asked her if there was somewhere I could send a review I wish there were more customer service representatives like her She was outstanding Thank you Angela

Wordans is my go to place
