WordPress org is not WordPress com
Seems that a lot of people are complaining about WordPress com but this section is for WordPress ORG The organisation website is free source code and doesn t offer a paid hosting option like the com counterpart WordPress is a fantastic free platform although it has quite a learning curve it seems Plenty of plugins and templates It s the CMS champion but unfortunately it s showing some grey hairs now with the new competitors like Squarespace providing better functionality The Gutenberg update is their attempt at fighting back but it doesn t seem to be well received I ll continue to use this great free platform until I find something better

AWESOME CMS
Free fast easy to use and the community support has such a large user base that you can t go wrong with this cms I use it for shop social networking blogging video sites music sites and everything you can imagine The multi-site feature is too good to be true and yet it s true From one installation you can spawn endless sites from it The best CMS in my opinion
