Awful

Awful No packaging so most of the weck sets are unusable It is bizarre to ship glass across Europe and hope that a bit of paper would protect the contents My replacements arrived slightly better packaged but with many breakages I m hoping 3rd time lucky Customer services took nearly a week to reply to my first email subsequent emails have been responded to a bit quicker Overall I love the weck jars and they would be brilliant had they been shipped in better packaging

When my order arrived 6 of the Wrek jars were smashed I emailed you to say what had happened and sent photos and only had an automated reply saying that someone would get back to me for they ve not done yet However I ve now had a message back saying they are sending replacements not arrived but hope they will be intact

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I have tried three orders the first order did not arrive the second order only 70 were unbroken and the third delivery has not arrived Communication is poor they appear to take your money dispatch the goods in poor packaging and then refuse to respond adequately if at all to the issues that you get from DPD deliveries The delivery issues are caused by inadequate packaging If i could give zero stars then I would DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WISH TO RECIEVE BROKEN GOODS AND THEN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR REFUND

We placed an order for bottles and corks on 15th of November Half of the bottles arrived only and without the corks So now we have bottles we can not use We keep trying to contact the company but never heard back from them IT S A SCAM Please DO NOT ORDER from them

Order never arrived no update from World of Bottles

I ordered several Weck jars to arrive before Christmas but from the tracking link there was an undisclosed issue with the order and no update for 5 weeks When I most recently checked the parcel tracking link it said it had been successfully delivered but to an address in Germany not the UK where I m based I had to follow up and have been told the parcel was returned for an undisclosed reason I ve asked for a full refund but I can t believe there was no update on delivery issues after I d paid in full No easy support number for outside of their office in Germany as well so comms only available via email Really disappointed with the experience especially because I wanted to avoid buying from Amazon but World of Bottles was so unreliable

Data piracy website forces you to accept cookies

I tried to turn off cookies on their website - but when I clicked to save my preferences the website automatically turned all of them on

I am really pleased with this company

I have now placed 2 orders with World of Bottles in the last couple of months Both orders were dispatched and received very quickly via DPD with no issues It is so easy to order online and you can amend as you go along to maximise your delivery cost weight allocation Their email communication is excellent the products are good quality and very competitively priced No hesitation in recommending this company to family and friends

Pleasure to do business with

I am really pleased with this company although the bottles came from Germany they arrived within 6 days they are also lovely quality I will definitely buy more from them in the future
