My First experience

First time using World Explorer Holidays As being in a wheelchair i needed extra help and equipment to meet my needs Paula went way beyond my expectations and made sure of all my needs were met accordingly As i need additional mobility equipment Paula made sure it was all at the apartment when I arrived she even sent photos of the equipment at the apartment fitting perfectly few hours before my flight for the piece of mind I am already booking my next holiday with World Explorer Holidays Highly recommended

Paula was amazing from start to finish

Paula was amazing from start to finish We had to cancel 2 holidays due to Covid restrictions but she sorted this out immediately and even recommended our final hotel in Corfu which was exactly what we had asked for and much more I would definitely recommend using Paula as she was a fantastic help who communicated throughout even when it was difficult to even think we were going to get away Thanks for everything Paula

Fabulous friendly service by Paula she was a star did everything for us as nothing was a problem for her I would never use anyone one else now as all stress of booking searching offers booking all extra s for us was brilliant service Cant wait to book our next holiday as she helped us with two cancellations due to covid so then we was worrying but she came up with a fabulous choice we was treated like Royalty for our 10 nights away She even replies straight away if any queries whilst we was on our holiday Thanks again Paula xx

Paula Hansen - AMAZING

I started looking to book my honeymoon last year where I contacted several travel companies Blueberry Travel Southall Travel Lux Travel Travel Trolley Luxtripper Virikson Holiday and many independent travel agents too I came across Paula and instantly built a rapport with her as he was so friendly approachable and knowledgable Paula took time out to ensure that we had the best honeymoon possible and built a package around our needs and budget Paula always gave us advice and recommendations especially when the Maldives and Dubai wereOn the red list We ended up booking a honeymoon to Dubai 5 nights and Maldives 7 nights and it was AMAZING Paula went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best honeymoon ever and we sure did Paula would literally be on call 24 7 to answer any questions or queries we had and put us at total ease Paula worked with us to ensure that we were totally happy with what he had We flew back to the UK two weeks ago from our honeymoon and we wouldnt have had the best time if it wasent for Paula Thank you Paula for everything You are amazing

NYC experience with Paula

Not enough stars above to give this lady Her first hand knowledge of NYC has made our trip Paula provided us with a breakdown of each area and things to see making personal recommendations of places to see and eat ensuring we maximize our time and could plan to see and do everything She made sure that prior to our trip we knew all regulations re covid and whilst away as things changed Paula made sure we knew exactly what to do for a smooth trip home Even down to sending links for refunds in tests booked She kept us up to date on options before travel as well as remembering all the personal touches like providing a 5 day weather report - I can t thank you enough Paula for making this a holiday that was perfect we are already planning our next adventure and look forward to booking this with you

Paula goes above and beyond

After having our P O cruise cancelled I turned to Paula to help our family group find an alternative She was on the case straight away and found us a great alternative with Tui However only a few weeks after booking their policy changed to only allowing fully vaccinated travellers one of group was only 2yrs old so obviously not vaccinated Once again Paula was straight away on the case to sort us a refund or alternative Without Paula we d have had to spend hours on the phone she took all the stress out of it We changed our holiday and all seemed well until we arrived but our pushchair didn t Once again Paula was instantly contactable and tried to help us source another one This was made all the more impressive by the fact that Paula was actually on her own holiday at the time Paula definitely goes above and beyond to make sure her customers have a great time Can t wait until the next one also organised by Paula

Maldives

Arrived back from the Maldives 2 weeks ago Should have gone last February but obviously not able to All rebooked and organised seamlessly by Paula Nothing was too much trouble This is the second long haul holiday I ve booked with Paula and certainly won t be the last Thank you for everything xx

Paula completely arranged our holiday from booking suitable hotels arranging transfers sourcing and booking hoists Paula did an amazing job It all worked seamlessly and took so much pressure of myself Every time I think to go away I back out because it feels too much I spoke with Paula about my family and in particular the needs of my son she had great understanding and delivered a wonderful holiday that suited us I will definitely be using Paula to organise our next holiday I highly recommend
