Took our money gave us nothing won t give our money back

We signed up with a given timeline and the dragged everything out for months and months and months They lied to us about waiting for the donors menstrual cycle but then admitted their doctor was just too busy Since they had not provided us with anything but months of texts we want our money back But they have just cut off communication and will not give us our money back

This is a very good agency

It s an absolutely satisfactory choice I m not a stranger to fertility treatment I ve been struggling for 6 years I can openly say it goes like a warm amiable cooperation like a beginning of the friendship between my family and its team I ve been perhaps in 6 different clinics including in LA and there s nothing that can make me say something that s untrue My attitude is always formed with two essential aspects such as the way they treat their guests and how their managers communicate with each other the second one is what their surrogates think about the prospect of taking part in the programs once again Last our visit we could have an opportunity to spend about 2 hours speaking with our surrogate face to face We even didn t need an interpreter Her knowing of English and some help of phone-translator became a key of my understanding that she s in safe everything is under control She s fond of her contribution in love with all that staff that works at World Center of baby This means our baby is also protected and what can be more comforting and inspiring We participate in such a journey for the second time My husband and I aren t novice to surrogacy as such I d like to say God bless these guys They make a difference in comparison with other

Beyond our wildest expectations

It is our pleasure to write this review for World Center of Baby My wife and I have only the best to say about them The kindness help and support they gave us during our stay in Kyiv was truly beyond our wildest expectations Extremely personal and caring from the first time we met to the day of our departure which was about two months later They handled our surrogacy process very professional and knew exactly when how and where to execute the administrative part of all the details We were very impressed by the speed and effectiveness that they conduct their business We felt well taken care of and we were told to sit back and enjoy our time there they would handle everything and contact us when we needed to do something They picked us up and took us to the places we need to go No delays no stress no worries As first time parents it was of course a scary time for us not only thinking about our unborn child and its wellness but also to put all our trust in a company to handle everything for us you feel very exposed and vulnerable however once we met Oleana Helen our coordinator in Kyiv we felt very safe and calm It s of course not easy for foreigners from another country make the decision to go through with a surrogacy process in a country where you don t know anyone don t speak the language and don t know any laws or government procedures For us our experience was really great and we re very thankful for all the help support kindness and love that we received from World Center of Baby They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home in Kyiv Therefore we would love recommend them for everyone planning to go through with a surrogate process in Kyiv Ukraine

Excellent agency strongly recommended

We totally recommend World Center of Baby as the agency to go for if you are considering starting a surrogacy journey My wife and I are from the UK and started our journey with them in late 2021 and completed it in late 2022 We chose WCOB as we found them to be really professional and helpful from the start They were very open with us on the process and promptly answered all our questions We felt very comfortable with all the services provided by WCOB as part of the surrogacy agreement We got along very well with Olga their Intended Parents Manager Daria our coordinator and Oksana their exit process manager both through online meetings and when we met them in person We felt very well supported by them from choosing a surrogate that matched our criteria to managing her health and the pregnancy throughout the journey We were especially stressed when the Russian conflict started in Ukraine during the early days of the pregnancy They understood our concerns and were very good at reassuring and keeping us updated during that time They were very resourceful and helped our surrogate to move to Poland for a few months at the start of the conflict for her and her child s safety and helped her move back to Lviv when it was safe When we came to Lviv for the birth they really took care of us to make us feel safe Our coordinator Daria was excellent in getting everything organised for us including a driver to pick us up from Warsaw a nice apartment in the center of Lviv visits to the hospital and meetings with the doctor and nurses Because of the ongoing conflict we were keen on not staying in Lviv for longer than required and Daria was very efficient at getting all the exit paperwork ready for us in only a few days The exit paperwork was very thorough and this helped us get an Emergency Travel Document and cross the border back to Poland without any issues The exit coordinator Oksana was also great at getting all the surrogate s declarations arranged and couriered to us in the UK to help with our parental order application We are pleased to see that WCOB has now expanded and is offering surrogacy services in other countries such as Cyprus Georgia and the US as we plan to use them again when we are ready for a sibling journey Overall we ve had a great experience with WCOB and strongly recommend them if you are starting your surrogacy journey

Surrogacy changed our lives

Our surrogacy journey with WCOB in Mexico changed our lives For the first time in many years we feel complete We spent almost a decade trying to have our biological children We thought of surrogacy before but were too scared of the costs and waiting That was until we got into the surrogacy community met other intended parents and discovered the option that suited us We are still surprised by how fast some of the processes went To give you a picture we signed last summer about July and had a match by September While matching we had a trip to Mexico City and created embryos Our GC had two transfers and got pregnant in December We later had a few trips during her pregnancy To be there for the scans We had to be there for a little other a month after birth Our baby was born in September and we got home in October That s the time required to do the post-birth order and CRBA We re home with the baby Thank you
