We have worked with WorldFirst for several years and in past it has been a challenge to have timely customer support which is frustrating In this occasion I was having trouble with generating an SMS code to approve USD payments Called and Mickey Customer Success Manager was able to help me solve the issue and also book an urgent payment I needed to do Very satisfied with his service during my call and follow up by email

I have used World First for around 10 years now prior to covid during and after I have always found them to be friendly helpful and reliable Originally I found them cost-wise to be better than their competitors and periodically I have checked this again to ensure it is still the case it is A couple of times I have had reason to contact them for requests that have required some extra support from their side and on every occasion I have found them helpful i would totally recommend them
