Skinks died with refusal to see CCTV

Please be aware - I am writing this review following the awfully sad post about 2 poor crocodile skinks dying whilst under the care of World of Exotics I am astounded that a couple have put their trust in a shop for them to be cold heartedly told their beloved pets had died with no offer of explanation When calmly asked for CCTV footage to see if the skinks where placed in their vivarium in a timely manner the owner point blank refused No answers given to this poor couple no offer of compensation and not even as little as a we are sorry It seems very suspicious to me that since this video has been uploaded there have been many reviews praising the holiday service A holiday service in a shop that killed 2 crocodile skinks and couldn t have cared less I d be very wary about spending my money here after all the lack of respect and compassion they have for their animals is questionable to say the least

Very disappointing staff attitude

I would not recommend this store to anyone after witnessing the awful and dismissive treatment of two customers whose pets had died in their care I was shocked at the attitude of the store owner who showed no compassion or empathy towards them or their lost pets Very disappointing

Fantastic service even with the wrong item being sent out easy mistake to make when the only diffusion colour and we all ha e bad days with item being replaced within a day 11 10 would recommend to a friend
