I made contact with Soniya Tolani on Saturday regarding a flight from London Heathrow to Penang but unfortunately the airline had closed that deal as someone else snapped it up Soniya continued to search for flights for my destination She spent at least 30 mins searching back and forth but all prices were over my budget She rang again on Monday and Tuesday to follow up with other potential flights but as expected all fares in the summer school break were outrageously expensive In the end i decided not to go ahead with the trip I m writing this review because Soniya displayed diligence and sincerity in assisting me with my trip She wasn t nasty nor rude when i told her I m not proceeding This is premium customer service as this type of service is what keeps customers and potential customers satisfied Well done Soniya

Great experience and highly recommend

Recently I had a bad experience with a couple of tour agency s selling cheap return flights to Thailand Let s say the prices were too good to be true and I fell for the scam but got my money straight away even it was non-refundable I then found World tour store and had the pleasure of having Priya Chopra as an agent Priya was very professional with great customer service providing different flight options and prices We found a flight suitable for us and the service from start to finish was great We even had a courtesy call to confirm we were happy with the service specially the experience had with the scam tour companies
