Spent ages adding labels to my daughter s clothing First wash and all the labels came off Complete waste of time effort and money Avoid

Don t bother Bought the stick on labels and none survived the first wash Expensive and inadequate Will revert to a sharpie and handwritten

I wouldn t trust this company

Pretty sure this company is misleading people passes on other people s work as their own I spoke to them and only them for some small business labels I was sent a sample pack which included Madagascar dreamworks boohoo a clockwork orange movie etc I examined it and thought OK Then I received another sample pack from another company and it looked familiar so I had the them side by side unmixed and GUESS WHAT exactly same labels inside Even the plastic bag it came in was the same So I called to find out which labels exactly did they make the guy blatantly denied sending the labels even though they were the only company I approached I d be weary of trusting this company as its clear they probably purchase some generic labels and pass on as their own especially as people are complaining of quality I am 100 sure they didn t make the labels from the sample pack they sent me Edit Dear trustpilot kindly stop hassling me to remove or change my review I stand by my words that this company removes clothing labels from clothes and claim they made them This was a honest review Other consumers have a right to know before purchasing Thank you

Do not bother

Do not bother Pay for next day delivery and order email says will receive in 3 days Emailed and rang company - response both times was they will arrive tomorrow It s a lie - they use ups tracked They have refunded the postage which is good But we didn t receive them for when they were needed

Rubbish labels

I ordered iron on and stick on labels I paid extra for quick dispatch and according to their email the items were dispatched on Monday morning and only arrived Thursday The stick on labels won t stay on lunch boxes water bottles etc The iron on labels all came off after the first wash Absolut waste of money for rubbish product

Mis-selling next day delivery

Avoid this company - labels fine but customer service terrible I bought a next day delivery for 3 times the price of the items but it arrived 4 days later I had to chase them up 3 times and ask for my money back which they refunded but not to the amount of a normal delivery cost They said they had despatched them next day and that the cut off is 7am in the morning What customer expects that the current day is not counted apart from a reasonable time They never called me back preferring to email snooty emails about their terms and conditions This is an example of how not to do it deliberately mislead customers and then write several emails all for 1 50

Painful

Ordered through Amazon and didn t arrive in time for school They kept asking for personalisation details which I have given them five time already They had my number but not one phone call Have now asked for a refund Absolutely fuming Do not buy for these people Their sales process is appalling

Terrible quality pencils

Terrible quality pencils Paint flaking off and print uneven and too close together Go to Nametape Express instead I was told a reprint wouldn t help as that s how they look and all I could do was send them back if I wasn t happy
