Catastrophic customer service
Catastrophic customer service I am traveling frequent and for long term outside of Germany and I was promised the streaming would work It obviously dosn t No phone number available and I wrote with them 5 or 6 times as the chat kept on being interupted without a resolution

Terrible
Terrible platform Frequently made my new MacBook Pro crash which it NEVER does otherwise to the point I started to get worried it might actually damage it Only got it to watch Game of Thrones but I should ve gone somewhere else

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible Got it to watch a specific series that not many providers have because of the licensing Had a horrid experience with their predatory subscription model and scammy pricing Website is bad and it s almost unusable on smart tv Had to chromecast from desktop to get it running on tv They make you jump through hoops to get rid of it again Honest advice go somewhere else it s definitely not worth it

In 2024 potato quality and no Linux supportThere is no possibility to watch WowTV on Linux because streaming in browser is evil and the programming interns can t be bothered to port their mediocore App So I have to use it on my android tablet Then for paying 29 Euros a month I get potato quality I literally cant see the football on the grass while youtube is perfectly capable to stream content in 4k to the same device All viable alternatives are illegal why are these companies so stupid no wonder they lose money

Platform is so badly implemented
Platform is so badly implemented it s almost unusable - Doesn t remember language settings - Barely remembers what you watched before - On a smart TV it takes many tries and frequent restarts of the series to change the audio or subtitle language - Logging in on a smart TV is a hassle because they only allow you to use the virtual keyboard to enter your email and password Stay away if you can There are other ways to get access to the same content and the UX will be better anywhere else

The most horrible streaming service I have ever seen Whether its their website or mobile app or TV android App Everything sucks We wanted to reset the password and never did we receive even reset email Its wastage of money time and energy I am a software engineer and I can t imagine the horrible software development happening at Sky

The worst Service
The absolute worst experience in streaming The content is half what the others offer Automatic billing does not work which forced me into a default owing for 2 months It is not easy to contact these people I do not recommend this service If you are looking for English content please use Netflix Currently it s your best option in Germany

Please save yourself
Selection Ok UX SUCKS IT IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO NAVIGATE OR EVEN TRY TO WATCH SOMETHING IN THIS WEBSITE I often ask myself who actually coded this page because this person must have a personal vendetta against this company This is the worst experience ever The selection is somehow ok Sometimes even average lots of old stuff but HBO saves the day and apparently the company itself because if I would be able to see HBO somewhere else believe me I would Get a VPN save your money Sadly I m terrible with technology so I must pay the price

The WORST streaming service
The WORST streaming service in existance Not only do you have to download an exe file to view content but you still have to select movies and episodes from their website and worse you can ONLY watch it in 720p That s not even real HD Furthermore cancelling takes multiple steps even though the German law demands them to offer a 1-click cancellation Do NOT use this service

Nothing works - what am I paying for
I am an IT professional Sky ticket is the worst und buggiest user experience there can be imagined Let s start with the worst I cannot even login on Desktop device I am redirected to the same masks even after my credentials are filled in correctly The player on my iPhone is not capable of streaming Video I see a black screen and bits of audio
