I have been using Astra along with BeaverBuilder for about 5 years for building websites I am not the greatest webmaster and don t build sites every day all day so there are times I get stuck trying how to figure out to make a page work the way I want When stuck I send a note to Support Generally I get a response with a fix within an hour or two - seldom more than a day More often than not I am sent a link which provides me with a step by step video on how to solve my problem The Support Team hasn t let me down
