I had the Framed Glass Balustrade Railings installed in my house recently The service from Andy and his team was excellent It s a shame the delivery service wasn t as good as their own installation team I suspect that s what you get with an external provider Nevertheless I was extremely satisfied with the end result and would recommend them to my friends and family

Ordered a bespoke polished stainless steel post and wire balustrade system I dealt with Kate who fine tuned my designs and helped with my queries as I was installing this myself with no previous experience Very efficient professonal and helpful Only hiccups were some problems with some rails being scratched in transit they were immediately replaced and delivered on a date I had requested A company with true integrity and customer focus I have no hesitation in recommending

I ordered decking on three occasions and was very happy with the person who handled my orders her name is Hollie Robinson She responded quite quickly on the three occasions The delivery was prompt and on time The delivery guys were very helpful on the whole very good service and I would give 10 out of 10

We took a trip to wps and spoke to a lovely girl named Kate who helped us with our choice of composite decking It was delivered on time and in perfect condition by a friendly driver who helped me into my garage with it All in all it was a hassle free experience 5 stars from us

Marvellous service

My experience with WPS in particular Adam from start to finish Is that they have been nothing short of professional patient about changes great value and always available to talk things through They made me glass balustrades for a landing a steel open tread turning staircase Juliet balconies and a large terrace Their fitters led by Jack are charming and clean up after themselves and again have been very professional cheery and polite I would recommend WPS to anyone wanting beautiful glass inside and outside their home
