Buying a car was such a daunting thought a fewweeks ago and all I can say is I m so glad that I madethe drive to Telford as I m now the proud owner of alovely Toyota CHR thanks to the amazing Andy and Mark From the moment I met Andy he did everythinghe could to help me find the car to meet all myrequirements not that I m fussy Mark and Andy areso easy to talk to and nothing is too much trouble they listen to what you want rather than try and sell you what they want Their friendly and professional manner gave me confidence in them from the start which enabled me to make the decision very quick for me to purchase a new car from them Everything that was promised was carried out to a high standard and I was kept informed of the progress of my car throughout The car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived today and was spotless and that s coming from me who has ocd when it comes to cleaning I honestly couldn t have asked for two nicer people to buy a car from and have driven home today with the confidence that if I need to they will be there to answer any questions or solve any issues were any to arise Honestly don t delay in going to buy a car from this dealership you won t find anyone better They deserve more than five stars Thank you both Ps The dogs said thank you to the boot liner is perfect and they don t have to worry now they can get as muddy as they want in mum s new car

W R Davies - A 5 Star Experience

My wife and I have been looking to change her car I ve spent a fair bit of time online looking for the particular make model and colour that she s after When I mentioned to her that WR Davies in Stafford had a black DS7 car that might be of interest to us she reminded me that we live in Glasgow - over 250 miles from Stafford Not put off by such a minor detail I rang WR Davies and was put through to Giorgio their senior sales consultant I explained to him our logistics issue - not a problem replied Giorgio We can arrange to have it delivered to your home The next hurdle to overcome surrounded the fact that we had a car to trade in Giorgio consulted his sales manager Craig and came back with an acceptable valuation for our car based on it s details and my description of it s condition Providing the car was as I said it was then the trade in value would be honoured This display of trust by WR Davies gave me confidence that buying a used car from them could be done remotely I agreed the finance with Giorgio completed the necessary paperwork via email and arranged a date for our new car to be delivered and our trade in collected On the agreed day I got a call from Colin the WR Davies delivery man who said he was 30 minutes away with our new car He duly arrived off-loaded the car walked me round it enabling me to check it over to ensure I was satisfied with it and left with our trade in I must confess that prior to our dealings with WR Davies I had reservations about buying a car online - especially during covid And let s face it most of us at some point in our lives have had a negative experience when buying a car However through their actions Giorgio Craig and Colin all demonstrated to us that it is safe to buy a car online and WR Davies are a company to be trusted

We have invariably been slightly apprehensive when it comes to visiting the showrooms of Car dealerships All too often we ve walked out just as quickly as we ve gone in We can t be doing with a sales robot in a collar tie that fails to listen to our particular needs Well we are pleased to say that we didn t walk out of the WR Davies Renault dealership in Llandudno Junction We were greeted by Barry Wareing who greeted us with a warm smile and put us at ease almost immediately He listened to what we had in mind and didn t interrupt us until we had explained what we were looking for When it came to his friendly no pressure advice guidance it was such a welcome if not surprising change when compared to what we had experienced in the past at other reputable dealerships Barry explained how the various purchase options and associated deals worked out in a clear calm uncomplicated manner What our experience of dealing with Barry demonstrates very clearly to us is that you can have a 5 star showroom and any number of choices however dealing with a very personable salesman that really values your custom and respects your decisions is the key to closing in on a deal Barry responded to emails and missed telephone calls and kept us informed of those periods when he wouldn t be available We sincerely hope that the executives at WR Davies appreciate how fortunate they are to have an experienced sales person like Barry in their team We are confident that we can reach back to Barry post the purchase of our new Clio particularly were we to experience any issues
