Don t expect them to honour sales if they make any errors
I ordered two items from their website which were special items from a recent event Transaction went through ok however several hours later I got an email saying that the website had put one of them up at the wrong price At this point they said I could either swap it to an item that was 29 99 or pay the price it should have been at 64 99 I elected to take a refund and asked as their original email to me said we will of course try and find a way to make this up to you When I asked what this would be the person I was corresponding with Mark goes we have refunded you as you have chosen not to receive the item No attempt to honour the attempt to try and find a way to make this up to me Poor service

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service Asked a simple question on the chat got a rude response when it was explained i was in the wrong i accepted it they proceeded to make me feel stupid and cancelled my order even when i requested them not to repeatedly This was my first and only time i will be ordering from them worst customer service i have ever had when they admitted to just leaving me on chat with no reponse for over ten mins at a time for no reason and said yeah thats fine way to treat customers

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this company It s become my go to store for a huge variety of wrestling related goodies My son landed his dream job as a news writer for cultaholic com a YouTube online professional wrestling website He adores WWE WrestlingStore is the ONLY business he will buy from I ve found the merchandise to be good quality and fairly priced for branded wrestling stuff The website is well laid out easy to navigate has excellent photographs of the products being sold The WrestlingStore team are knowledgeable polite friendly professional I ve found that they will go the extra mile for customers this I learnt with my own little emergency when I thought I d accidentally thrown out my recent 125 order of wrestling Christmas gifts Honestly I can t praise this company highly enough I m super impressed

Over dealing with this company in varying levels for over a decade I have never had a single problem with them They have recently done a massive massive sale and had a vast amount of awards people with negative reviews over price mistakes are just mistake this company one of the best providers of wrestling items in this country
