Don t buy Unsafe and caused injury
My mom bought me their knife set She was trying to remove the tape and glue that was on the knife to clean it for use and the knife cut through her finger It was such a deep cut that it wouldn t stop bleeding when pressure was applied She went to the doctor and he gave her triple antibiotic ointment and said to monitor for infection Thankfully her finger recovered and has a scar now after almost one month of not being able to use her finger not getting it wet and preventing infection I notified their customer service of her injury and that they did not have proper warning or instructions of how to remove the tape and glue off the knife in the first place Their staff seems unbothered and wanted to give a giftcard to buy more knives on their website I m sorry but if you get gravely injured by a knife from a specific company why would you want to purchase another from them Does that even make sense These people have no care in the world if someone gets injured by using their knives They are extremely sharp and have horrible packaging that have caused the injury to occur Don t buy their knives

OK what am I missing here
OK what am I missing here I bought 6 IKON knives at hundreds of dollars thinking they would be great steak knives and expecting them to cut thru steak etc like butter Well not only do they not do that but are useless in trying to use when cutting slicing most anything I ve bought knives at Target that are much sharper and work better Extremely disappointed and frustrated I don t use them for much of anything

Really terrible customer service Knife sheared on the tip when cutting a sweet potato Customer services really bad and said not jagged so wear and tear I ve had the knife a year Will never buy or recommend them again Cost me over 100

Really terrible Europe customer service
Really terrible Europe customer serviceAll my new knifes looks diffrent logos engravings etc so i asked why USA support gave me some information and derected me to Europe support if i had more questions Since the USA support didint answer my questions fully i turned to Europe support and they just told me my problem alredy was dealt with and i need to accept it Do not but this brand you do not know how the knifes looks before you have them at home and the support just tell you to suck it

Do not buy a Wusthof knife
Do not buy a Wusthof knife I was bought one for my birthday a year ago and the blade split Could only have been a manufacturing fault Very confusing websites when trying to claim on warrenty you don t get any acknowledgement when filling a report or email They did replace the knife but with a much cheaper model I couldn t believe it Appalling customer service Given these things cost over 150 better off at N S or Ikea

Poor customer service
Ordered online in November and the knife arrived but the blade and the handle were both scratched Emailed customer services but no reply as of yet three weeks waiting for a response Very disappointing Would not recommend

Dreadful service - they don t respond
If you buy their knives and they go wrong you might as well throw them in the bin Writing to them and explaining a fault gets no response After three week and two more emails - nothing These knife are supposed to be some of the best Well they break and then Wusthof ignore you Don t buy these

Great knives dreadful customer service
Wusthof makes excellent knives but sadly they make zero effort with customer service If your product does not develop a manufacturer fault then you ll be fine If you need support from the manufacturer for anything you will be lucky to get a response within three months I have had an outstanding issue that they have made almost no effort to resolve since 1st November

Impossible to get an answer to a
Impossible to get an answer to a customer complaint warranty claim - We need to buy some more quality knives but will not be buying Wusthof again - I will recommend none of my friends buy them either - very very poor
