Nice clothes but extremely poor costumer service Bought a jacket for my wife and it was really beautiful But after a while the stitches inside went loose We send pictures and explanation but have now waited for reply almost 2 months When we send them reminders they just say they ll reply later In the same period I think I received about 30 news mails

Unable to get refund during 5 months
I bought shorts with delivery to UK Found that it s not my size same day and request to return item in mid of June I posted it to them back to Italy having conversation with customer service and provided tracking number and other details And parcel disappear on tracking In mid October I received it back with label not collected I messaged to customer service several times during a month but just received silence as response Now I have shorts for 300 which is not my size and few not responded claims Very disappointed

Purchased Pinko bag from PinkoAustralia
Purchased Pinko bag from PinkoAustralia website in mid-October After one month with no delivery I contacted them via the website to follow up They returned a response with an email with the tracking number of delivery date I had not received anything by then One week later received a small package from China definitely did not recall I ordered anything from there and found it was a pair of Oakley sunglasses looking as cheap as anything It did not click that it was from Pinko and sent by mistake To cut a long story short they have responded to each of my 5 emails and consistently do not accept responsibility for their mistake So now their solution is for me to keep the sunglasses which I think are disgusting and they will only refund me 40 of my original price of 160 Australian They suggested I send it back but advised that it would be too complicated I presume from the other customer reviews that they are aware of hidden taxes and import duties etc and suggested I don t do that and will refund 40 It smells of a complete scam and I should have realised from the beginning I loath to accept their offer of a minimal refund as I don t think it will come and am worried about my credit card details being used fraudulently I should have read the reviews first before going on this site By the way i had purchased a Pinko bag from another site and the experience was so fantastic the bag was authentic and arrived within an acceptable time frame DO NOT BUY FROM PINKOAUSTRALIA as I think this website is using Australia to instill an impression that it is a legitimate site and trustworthy which is far from the truth

Received order with stain non responsive customer service
Terrible customer service I received a nearly eur 309 dress I ordered and it arrived in Netherlands with a grease stain on the front The materials on the dress look cheap and I have definitely overpaid for this piece of clothing I am now trying to return the dress however there was no return label or document inside my package to return the dress I ve emailed and called the customer service number multi times with no response The service is absolutely disgraceful and reading all the other negative reviews I don t know how Pinko is getting away with such poor service for so long I will never buy from Pinko again

It I could leave 0star I would The customer service is so poor the email address is not valid I ve ordered a dress with 6 pp charge when I wanted to return I had to return it to Italy 15 return fee The customs service never answered and the email address bounced back

Returned ill fitting trousers to Pinko
Returned ill fitting trousers to Pinko which had to go back to Italy apparently Difficulty contacting customer services and getting no help from them Trousers have been in customs in Italy since 2nd February and Pinko say it s up to customs when they release them but prior to this they said the relevant Pinko Dept would be in touch with customs I e mail them all the time Trousers were expensive Tried to see if Pinko - Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh would help and was met mostly with rudeness One girl tried to help but her manager would not allow her to help me Shocking customer service Don t buy from Pinko I wd give 0 Stars Not a good example of Italian service or quality

Never again Pinko If only I came here first before purchasing on their website They don t refund u and i didn t know that Their policies mislead u to buy on their website Please guys do not buy on their website I am stuck with a small size shirt that I am afraid to send back and not get refunding which many reviewers said here If only I checked the truspilot If only I did

Double Disappointment- how not to run a retail outlet
I visited the Cheshire Oaks Pinko branch with my wife some 2 3 weeks ago being drawn into the shop by a stunning range of red floral patterned garments displayed in the window We were unable to find a size 12 blouse for my wife but at no time did the 3 shop assistants ask us if they could help they just continued to talk amongst themselves as we left the shop less than impressed I wanted to buy the blouse for my wife for a holiday in Barcelona in 10 days time so against my better judgement we returned today a return drive for us of 36 miles The garments were deeper in the shop this time but again no size 12s We were the only customers and again unbelievably the 3 assistants continued to chat to each other at the till without offering assistance Yet again we left and shall never ever return
