A hotel chain with 0 customer service

After reading other reviews I can see my time here is wasted While we love that most Wyndham s are pet friendly customer service is non-existent Sad that we are looking for a chain that cares and has customer service with folks that speak clearly

Having recently stayed at the Ramada

Having recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza and Suites by wyndham in Orlando for a 2-week vacation I was left extremely disappointed The customer is pretty much non existent the front desk team could do with fully training in customer services The hotel is like two separate hotels you have the reception area and then you have the back of the hotel The rooms are infested with Cockroches the Lifts don t work key cards don t work there is trash in the hallways and overflowing trash bins The rooms are dirty

Gettysburg Wyndham August 21stPre-Paid my Reservation for a Meeting on August 22nd Arrived at Front Desk and was told my reservation was for November I never made a reservation for November They would Not apply my payment charged me for the Room and are going to change me for the November reservation that I never made They stole my money

My Mother in Law booked room my husband and I stayed at this location 2 Wolf Rd Albany New York What a way over priced location Over 700 for 2 single rooms Advertised hair dryers in room NOT coffee maker in room NOT alarm clock in room NOT The rooms were very small When the front desk said we could have a double room which is what she asked for in the first place but were not available they wanted another 120 on top of the 700 What kind of a price is that for one double room late October My Mother in law deserves a refund of some kind will NEVER stay there again and will not recommend this location to anyone We could have gotten a room at a much classier hotel for what she had to pay

Unhappy with Wyndham Ramada Motel

I have been a happy Wyndham Motel properties customer for 10 yrs traveling the US coast to coast Other than during Covid you could also count on a FREE continental breakfast Last week I stayed at Ramada on Pacific Coast Highway in Torrance for one night Property and room were clean but in the morning I went to the breakfast room for coffee and was told I would need to pay 10 per person This cost was not disclosed on my App and I have never incurred a cost for breakfast in my many stays I am very disappointed Wyndham customer service was not help I will be moving over to Choice Hotels

This is a complaint against Thriftlodge by Wyndham in Moncton New Brunswick Canada The website pictures are false advertising The hotel was filthy and disgusting I am amazed that a name like Wyndham associates itself with such a sleazy hotel They are dodgy folks running this business Book elsewhere I suggest

They lie and scam about price match guarantee

They lie about price match guarantee I submitted a price match with the online form they only allow you to use 40 characters in the box to show where you found the cheaper price So this will not allow you to provide a full link to the price match Surprise surprise they reply to me declining the price match as they claim We have thoroughly reviewed your inquiry We are unable to find the lower rate on the website you provided Funny that as i checked again and its there pretty simple to find Price match is a con which is convenient

Gaybashing gaslighting and lies

Days inn employees in Missoula Montana gaybashed me called me a f ot and other slurs during my stay and this terrible company handled it very poorly First I was interrogated through the door of my room by the bigoted abusive employee who then tried to gaslight me over it Then I was gaybashed during checkout with more gaslighting Then the manager who really didn t want to even return my phone calls lied her ass off about the incident when I finally spoke to her Homophobic bullying and harassment also occured through the door of my room and was probably encouraged by staff Don t trust this horrible company or its deranged bigoted employees
