I order ne laptop which wasn t working I asked for replacement and instead they fix it without my permission It s been 5 months and i still don t have laptop or refund for my purchase Laptop is missing and they can t provide me with information till today Contacted the delivery company and they said package is lost X-kom is just postponing week after week answer from their side Terrible experience No i will not contact satysfakcja emial as i i already did and nobody contact me back from there and this case is not resolved for more than 5 months

We placed and paid for the computer set
We placed and paid for the computer set on 31 05 2022 - two days later we received a parcel ordered by someone else We quickly informed xkom about the situation - nobody came to pick up the parcel for which somebody else was waiting After many emails telephones and completing the proper form on the website - nothing happened so we personally return the sent parcel to the X -KOM They accepted the complaint - and again - did not do anything We had to make another few phone calls - and finally received information about the reimbursement of money on 24 06 2022 after more than 3 weeks after placing the order I described the situation and send an email to satysfakcja x-kom pl - nobody answered No apologies explanation - even simple words We are sorry Worst shop ever

I had an issue with my headphones
I had an issue with my headphones mainly the headband started cracking from normal use I contacted them about a month ago very long wait times to repond when not doing a sale instead they put sand in your face exactly before the legal deadline stating that they decline it once you resubmit you are greeted with the same tedious process and they just spit the same answer at you terrible company do not buy from without additional insurance i e credit card chargeback never again will I buy from this company and they have really stained their brand

Wrost place to buy anything
Wrost place to buy anything I bought a laptop from them it broke a couple of weeks later it just did not turn on anymore It took 6 weeks to get it back with fake documentation of what works have been done on it and more They basically blamed windows update to break the laptop which is impossible because there should be 20m of laptop broken now around becasue of microsoft then they said it got fixed with reinstalling the OS and bios which does not need you to open the device to do such a job Then they said someone from first job forgot to plug back in the keyboard cable and thats why it wos not turning on utter nosense because to reinstall windows you do not need to open a laptop till the keyboard part all the documentation brought to me about works done on it is simply a fake and this should require some legal processes On the desk the customer service told me to take the laptop back which i denied to do so because it could break again and again and this is not something i want then i got an answer that now time is normal that computer breaks time to time and they are built in a 2 year life cyrcle which is an incredible stupid sentence to hear i owner many laptop and none broke i just upgrade it because after 6-7 years they get slow I am now still here after spent 4000ZL for a laptop without my computer and without a way to get a refund because they are saying that the computer works What can i do to solve this problem and get my money back
