I was expected to receive updates on the delivery with estimated dates to expect the parcel so that I could ensure someone was in the premises as per instructions as it was a 2 man delivery service that was paid for I have just checked my CCTV cameras to see the very large package has now been delivered with no updates and no one at home and left outside my front door I am unsure on the weather conditions and whether or not the box will be damaged or even how I will be able to access my home or move the box by myself to allow access It has been a poor experience with this delivery company and one I would not recommend
