Xenon pro is a great website with great customer service I ordered 300 worth of LED bulbs and ordered the wrong ones by mistake I got ahold of them on their chat link and within 5 minutes I had all the information I needed to return the bulbs There was a 30 restocking fee which I thought was very acceptable since it was my mistake I then ordered the right bulbs for my truck and received them within 4 days and my refund was already back in my account This is the only place I will order LED or HID bulbs from Anymore

UPDATE I personally spoke with Mike about this issue He assured me he would do whatever it takes to make me a happy customer After my conversation with him i am going t get the adapters from Amazon and report back to him If we can not get them to fit then he will gladly take them back I changed my experience to 4 stars because i have never had customer service call to follow up Stay tuned I ordered H7 bulbs for my 2011 Mercedes GL450 They do not fit After I received them i went back to XenonPro and they told me i needed to take them to a Performance Shop to have them installed What should have been an easy install has turned into another expense They have not been installed yet
