Shipping bill of 155 for returning a broken perfume
I received an invoice of 155 for a return shipping of a FAULTY product that Xerjoff gave me the shipping label for Xerjoff Universe had sent me a leaking bottle with melted substance inside the packaging They apologized and asked me if I am available to send the broken bottle back and provided me with a shipping label After I sent it back they ghosted me for a month ignoring numerous emails regarding the status of my case Finally I got my refund But turns out it s not over Now I have this invoice from FedEx and the deadline is approaching And of course Xerjoff s Customer Service is not responding I am fed up with the lousy attitude of this company DO NOT shop at Xerjoff Universe

Half the items defective
Half the items defective I paid for 4 samples as seeking new scent for husband s b day Half of the samples were defective so couldn t be used I had to forward video to customer services as proof I paid 30 52 for the 4 samples including delivery and without discussion was refunded 10 66 I was told that it wasn t viable to replace the samples and that when I next place an order on a non sale item that they will send the 2 further samples for free then how very generous Avoid like the plague
