I believe that Xfinity go that extra mile with you sometimes you re a little late on your payments and they ll work with you I have no trouble with their services at all and I have never in the past

God forbid you have any troubleshooting
God forbid you have any troubleshooting issues I make a special trip to the store Memorial Villages location off I-10 feeder and Azeb informs me that the store does to troubleshoot - so call Xfinity at 1-800-734-6489 The company makes patrons spend hours wading through hours with CHAT automated services and then tier one help Once you get through tier one its reinvent the wheel time as they move the troubleshooting along after LITERALLY hours its back to square one - what is the purpose of your call

Extremely difficult company to communicate with
First of all hire people that can speak legible English Getting to speak to a human being is almost impossible and when you finally get hold of a person they can barely speak or understand English After the first year my bill almost doubled After negotiating and getting a acceptable new monthly charge my next bill was 20 more than promised Called to cancel service and then received a final bill with a 110 early termination fee Called again with absolutely no help Very difficult to understand their statements and their service reps The actual WiFi service was good but customer service and deceitful negotiating was unacceptable Think twice before you agree to any of their good deals

Fraud worse service ever billing with no service
I was signed up for about 2 weeks if that and my service went out My TV stopped working no internet I called and cancelled the service got a cancellation code and still 3 months later they are still trying to bill me Thank God I cancelled my card I reached out twice sent messages and they are still trying to access that old card So they provide poor service but still looking for payment Worse service ever

I ve never been so frustrated with a company in my life Never signed up for Hulu but they are charging me and can t get it off my bill They are charging me for boxes I don t have but can t get a refund or get it off my bill My internet is unreliable and goes to 1990 speeds so my business can t operate even though I pay for the high speed package The worst and I mean the worst company ever I truly don t have a single positive thing to say about my 15 years with them Yep it s the only provider available in our area so what the heck do you do
