Misleading I checked to see that once I had purchased books I would be able to download them which it assured I could What this means is Download onto the app to play offline not actually download My Children do not use smart devices and xigxag assumes that all children have these Now I have two books that I have purchased that can only be listened to off my phone which defeats the object entirely Half the point in an audiobook these days is to get away from screentime not to encourage it Very disappointed in the books I ve now purchased that are totally useless to me

So great to have a non-subscription based option for audiobooks with reasonable pricing And I love the x-book option for switching between reading and listening I also appreciate that this is a B-corp company

Zig Zag does not have all the books in S J Parris series

Have just started to listen the S J Parris books to find unless I m doing something wrong that there are only 3 books in the series on Zig-Zag the first Heresy and two later ones - tried to find the next in the series Prophecy but it is not ther - not a lot of use if I cannot listen to the whole series A reasonable explanation provided and prompt action taken to ensure the missing books were added not all purchased downloaded so I m assuming that this is the case
