Great camera what support

I recently bought a thermal camera made by this company and credit where it s due the camera itself is second to none It s a p2 pro in case you re wondering The issue I have is that the included dongle is faulty from the factory meaning I cannot use the camera on my modern devices instead having to rely on old lightning port devices Adding salt to the wound I have tried 3 times to contact there support and have yet to have a response other than an automated one This company should be ashamed of itself being a world leader in thermal tech yet cannot even be bothered to help the very people keeping there business going In fact as I write this I realise they have not even taken up there own name on trustpilot Needless to say I will never be buying from them again
