5 stars for Operations Department This is an email I just sent to Operation Manager Michelle I just paid off the balance on royalty program and marketing program- yeah I just wanted to thank you again for your help in the final push of getting the three books published on the 9th I wanted to take a moment to give a big thank you to Louise and Yza They have both been a dream to work with even when there have been hurdles or glitches or in my case melt-downs They always remained cool-headed and professional and always made me feel they wanted to help resolve any issue They have been prompt with answers and replies as well Everything you could want in an employee that works with the public It is those traits that I will assume they exhibit towards their co-workers as well Those are the traits that you have displayed as well and why you are a successful manager Thanks again to all Fingers crossed for a successful launch on the 9th Sabrina

Loved everything about it except one small thing they didn t tell me the day it went live on Amazon I happened to be on the Amazon website looking for something else and ran across my book Everything else was communicated very well to me I have no other complaints I would definitely recommend

The Journey of my Memoirs

I chose to go this way again with Shafts of Gold which is my true life story and the hardest writing endeavour of my life because I had appreciated the artistic beauty of bookcovers and understanding and help in my other fiction people historical books The team continues to be excellent in all processes and I am delighted with the book and all the post publication helps I certainly will give five stars The reason I dropped one was because I had a minor problem with the editing process My fault because I did not fully understand the advanced process My age and lack of know how All has been attended to BRILLIANTLY I believe because of my choice to have all my books with xlibris though being known or famous has never been my goal the full body of work in one place that has been published with excellence is a tribute to my life as a writer who has always known the creativity came from a HIGHER source Thank you for professional expertise in your services My Memoir explains it all Hills and valleys

The Lovely Car -a Review

It was certainly a Learning Experience for me in that it was my first book Xlibris was able to put a team together to support my endeavours from the manuscript to the final publishing I was particularly impressed with the work done by the Illustrating team with the Illustrations being outstanding A children s Story Book relies on high quality eye catching work which is the essence of a great Picture Book The book The Lovely Car is now into the Marketing Phase and I hope that the book is well received by young children around the world as it introduces Sugei the Cat one of the main characters in the book to new readers

My recent and past experiences with Xlibris are and have been awesome Xlibris has gone the extra mile to accommodate my unusual publishing needs Of special note I would like to give many thanks to Rica Caro my publications consultant at Xlibris for working with me on my about 97 books I have published at Xlibris Rica has worked with me to get special deals and discounts on my projects and has always been very friendly and professional I consider her a good friend She takes time to listen to authors when issues arise during the publication process Rica is an expert on the publication industry and have proved time and time again her strong problem solving skills and creative approaches to providing good deals on services with authors I also wanted to mention the good work of Michelle Postrano and Kaye Parsons in formatting and bringing each of my books to published status As a career author Xlibris is the only publisher that can handle my rather unusual publication needs and the only one I could afford to work with Many Thanks To Xlibris and to Rica Michelle and Kaye

Travis Black is my publishing consultant He has always been commited to my project and assisted me whenever it was needed The process of getting my book through the steps necessary from inception to published book was not difficult but knowing who I should be working with on each and every step was not always clear contracts the various consultants marketing future marketing production next steps etc I am looking forward to future marketing and the audio version of my book
