Same here I order a pair and paid they were delayed when I asked I was promised they would be shipped soon months later still nothing no more response with the customar service Money gone and still no freaking shoes its been 2 years and the reclamation bot doesn t work since my shoes were never shipped ans you need to return them to get your money back Its so frustrating And I just wanted nice winter boots from a fair place
