Do not use this site placed order for 400 four weeks ago emailed them to be told order had gone missing and that another one would be dispatched my order is still awaiting to be dispatched have requested refund and heard nothing am now going back to credit card company to try and get money back

They lied about EU stock all orders go from China and people must pay extra taxes 25-30 of the purchase In chronological Feb 22nd I tried to order via our company The Xp-pen quote After checking the warehouse the products you need are in stock in the China warehouse and we could not provide the price without VAT Also I asked as a customer about the stock and received the reply Yes It is in stock in the EU I made Order WEBEU-2302221538098356 Today is Feb 28th and I wrote this case for all EU customers They masked the lie by the ridiculous reason your address can t be recognized by carrier I received dozens of parcels to my address from the globe without a problem And try to guess - if its carrier doesn t recognize the address how China warehouse can recognize it March 2nd I gave the address of my friend who also received dozens of parcels And try to guess Right his address is not found too I hope the head office of xp-pen will do something about this strange situation I ordered Wacom Cintiq today

Screen issue And XP-pen care center refuse to help with repairing
I got a XP-pen 15 6 at the end of 2020 aside from the horrible color quality the screen started to flashing white and create a very eerie sound that are very uncomfortable for the ear when the screen in on high brightness I decided to give another shot and bought a XP-pen 12 pro at the start of 2022 Even though it s a downgrade in term of work space the color is better 1 year later after using the tablet for less than 20 hours The screen got into an issue where the screen literally turn white and flashing so badly I took it to the local xp-pen central in Viet Nam for checking and they said that they can t fix it and had to be sent back to the main XP-pen center in another country for fixing However according to them currently the main XP-pen center are not accepting any request for repairing And forced me to wait for 2 months It has been 3 month and i has not received any call from the customer support At this point I just gave up with using Xp-pen product and change to a different brand altogether

Worst costumer service ever
I m a person that solely buys online from clothes to decoration to eletronics Bought an artist 12 2nd gen from Xp-pen It came deffective I followed the whole user guide and as I wasn t satisfied with the quality I contacted them via e-mail saying I wanted a refund money back we switched e-mails for a whole week its noteworthy to say that they claim the support to be portuguese but the messages I received looked like they came from the google translate and most of it I couldn t even understand They always tried to fix the problem but it still didn t work Each e-mail I sent I said I wanted my money back In their last e-mail they just said they would give me a new one I declined saying I wanted my money back and they haven t responded since I ve probably shopped in over 200 brands online and this is BY FAR the worst costumer support ever

I ordered a drawing tablet and glove for my son and received 2 cheap fishing reels The tracking number on my confirmation email matched the fishing reel parcel and I sent them photos of everything but they had to investigate After a week of back and fourth emails and a dispute lodged with PayPal the admitted fault and said they would send me the items I actually ordered or I can request a refund I could only receive the items IF I removed the dispute with PayPal I questioned why I would remove a still valid dispute when I don t have either the items or a refund and they said the system wouldn t allow another to be sent if the dispute was active If this is the service you receive before you get what you ordered and paid for I would hate to see what happens if there is an issue with the items once received I obviously have now ordered elsewhere and am awaiting a refund through my now escalated PayPal dispute I will never order from XP pen again and I would strongly recommend to anyone to shop elsewhere

Mother Forgot Purchasing - Gave Gift 4 Years Later
My mother bought this for me thinking that it would help with my design work Although she purchased it in December 2020 she had health issues arise forgot to give it to me Four years later when she moved she found it and gave it to me I did everything that the manual stated to do for the installation process four times Each time failed as the pointer would not move on the screen like the mouse does My advice is to not even attempt to buy it as it would be a waste of one s money Support could not offer any help So why are they called support then It went into the trash after telling my mom about the issues She agreed to trash it Model Star G640

The USB C driver on the Deco 01 device
The USB C driver on the Deco 01 device I purchased stopped working two weeks after it arrived I have since been going back and forth with 1 technician over the XP Pen website chat and email but they do not write professionally and I don t believe they have raised my problem with their sales team and manager despite promising that I should have received an email from them by now When chasing this issue last week I was told that everyone in China was on holiday for a week I guess for new year so that I could not expect a response - which seems unprofessional or at least an incomplete version of the truth given my device was able to arrive from Europe within days of purchasing online I ve now begun asking for a refund as I need a device for work and doubt they will follow through with a replacement as the communications have been so patchy - I need my money back
