should have delivered a package of 12 bottles of wine today so worked from home so I could receive the package At 13 42 I get a message that the package has been delivered at 13 28 can see in the picture that the driver has put it in gear I don t know how the driver got in But when I get down to the staircase the package is gone calls Xpressen APS who cannot explain anything at all until they have spoken to the driver I hear no more from Xpressen APS I ve been around asking if there are any of my neighbors who are coming to take my package by mistake but of course there aren t I can t understand that Xpressen APS doesn t call or try to contact me but just leaves up without me knowing

Bad service

Expected the delivery yesterday as planned the driver has been very closed to our place for at least one hour accordingly to the live tracking but never showed up We got the delivery today early morning he left the packages outside the entrance on street level not so nice since there were a lot of expensive wines in the boxes and it s also raining a lot in this season
