I spoke with customer service agent Alberich He was extremely helpful and kind with my questions I had so many questions I was embarrassed to ask but he was kind and supportive with all of my questions I work in Customer Service and I can tell you he went above and beyond Explained thoroughly the programs they currently offer such as the upgrade xTool Trade up which I was not aware of Very patient I m very grateful for his assistance

Susan was the first hope I had for getting my S1 laser fixed All 10 s from me

Although the first few people I had contact with were less than helpful Susan got my ticket and was the first hope I had for getting my laser back on track after a few troubleshooting tests she contacted the tech team and got the parts I needed to me She gets all 10 s from me it was a bit of a rough start for her because I was already infuriated when she got my ticket she got me straightened out and stuck with me until a solution was reached I can t say enough about how much she was able and willing to get the problem solved Thanks again to Susan

I was having a problem with my machine and was connected to Ryan Ryan helped figure out the problem during our first conversation He sent me a replacement part and told me to contact him when the part came in to make sure it fixed the problem After replacing the part I still couldn t get the machine to work Ryan contacted me and walked me through what to do he was able to see what was wrong on the machine in a matter of minutes Ryan was very knowledge patient and was genuinely interested in helping me Thanks to Ryan I have faith in X-tool and my investment in their products

I cannot stress enough how amazing the team at xTool really is Their customer service is amazing and always painless Yes they are in another time zone so be patient and understanding that at this time there isn t always live support I just contacted a huge company about a product defect they referred me to the parent company and then the parent company told me to contact the original company You don t get this at xTool They take care of you Be patient Be Courteous Kindness goes along way Thank you Gabby for everything you do

This is specifically about Luka a support agent for xTool not xTool I have had repeated issues with purchasing from the xTool UK website due to bugs in their systems I reported the most recent issue which was handled by Luka He was professional and did his best to resolve my request

Customer service is exceptional I had a critical failure on my F1 and needed a replacement unit with a looming commission deadline I contacted Lia Zhang via Messenger and in a very short timeframe she confirmed I would need a replacement unit She was aware of my deadline and responded with urgency From the time I reported the issue to new unit in my hands was less than 1 week and this included a weekend I m on track to meet my commission deadline and couldn t be happier with how personal the response to my issue was

First off I had noticed after buying my m1 ultra that I didn t see the free xtool care package that was supposed to be included after reaching out for support Miss Sara was very quick to answer and show me that the problem was fixed immediately Very great job and honestly one of the BEST customer service I have come across to date Great job xtool
