I m actually quite happy with xtrade I thought forex was a shorter route to success and I began to trade with higher risks I would say that greed and wrong mindset were the causes of my failures in the early stages of my forex trading career It really took me time before I overcame it because I was blaming the market and brokers for the problem crased by me and you know that when you do not acknowledge you are the source of your own problem you will be very far from solution Xtrade is a licensed company so if you believe that it s a scam as you say you can always make a complaint One more note The complaints which may appear on forums may be related to the competition among the companies in this vibrant market The company has the active customer support where you can apply and describe the issue emerged by e-mail chat telephone or fax I m sure that someone will find a solution for you

Hi there Sharing my experience with Xtrade since 2017 Overall positive although I have only made small money but I m playing small without being greedy Was confused in the beginning with the withdraw procedure but after calling their support I was provided with a very good service realized that it s actually a security measure they have created to ensure that the money goes to the correct person It was weird true but bottom line is that after 2 days I had my money in my bank I have had some losing positions but no one could predict them As a trader I m aware that there is risk involved so I can t quite understand why people complain without doing their own research beforehand One thing to add and still on the support team I have been on the phone with other institutions and it s rare to have a person on the other side who actually understands me and what I need in my own language Kudos for that
