Good price bad stuff Bought an lamp it was the last pice They gave me the lamp in my hands Did not even get a bag Confused stuff

we bought a shoe shelf and and we were almost done buildig it when we saw a screw was damaged and then we went back to as for a new scew The girl was so disrespectful and said she will order a new screw and it will take around 4 weeks I said I cant have a half built shelf in the room until then so its better they take it back i was not allowed to return it because she said they have a rule that says they are allowed to make 3 mistakes After the third mistake they can take it back I asked if she could open an other packet and take the screw out but she refused because then the other one will miss one After a long fight which I lost I had to leave and now I am waiting for that screw to finish building the shelf I am furious and will never buy anything from there again

Worst customer service ever I had experience with horrible customer service but this one is out of this world Everything is great and helpful until you pay in our case via bank transfer and after you receive not one not two but three confirmations from your bank that money is on their bank account they are still completely IT illiterate that they can t find your payment They knew we don t speak Swedish and still we were convinced only order number is needed as payment reference But noooooo Unless there are some four letters that apparently makes whole difference in a world it is impossible for them to find payment Really After you provide iban number from which was paid orginal reference number date hour All of this is still not enough and you apparently need skills of Sherlock Poirot and Dora Explorer to find one freaking payment This is just beginning of my crusade to find my f money

Very bad experience and I do not recommend buying from their products I have purchased a very expensive Sofas armchairs hjort knudsen brand then after a while used happens a break in one arm in the sofa and the sponge for another arm chair has damaged we went to them and they refused to talk with us and they said you should send email to the customer service and we started to send emails with out any answer and after 4 month they said we can t do anything for you and you can escalated to any one but from our side we will not help

We waited 40 minutes and left empty-handed with no service 3 employees said they d be back obviously the didn t In order to purchase chairs and table you have to get a ordering paper printed out so you have to wait by the info-desk and get help service Thank god for Ilva We now have our chairs and table

Didn t see trust pilot before but should have We bought a dinning table and 6 leather chairs 1 year after the leather is almost off at certain places its so thin and super bad quality what is worse is that the back of the chair snapped the welding supposed to support the back of the chair wasn t made well enough I contacted customer service which just refused to do anything I had an engineer looked at it and said the welding was way to thin on all 5 of the chairs except for 1 I am from Denmark and in this country the warranty works apparently not in Sweden This is a SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE DONT BUY FURNITURES IN THIS SHOP

I made a reklamation which was approved since start oktober and new item should be received by week 42 but i never receive anything and now they dont respond my emai or calls I have send many email but No reply on any of them Please dont buy from them they ghost you never gets back to you No reply on email im wating since oktober

Never try to find responsible manager We have experienced a bad and racism behavior from one of the employee in the store tried to contact responsible manager politely but not only we couldn t find him also he does not respond to any of emails

I had ordered a mosaic table which was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks and it came well on time the online order processing was easy and delivery was smooth that is why they have recd a 2 star Otherwise I would have given them a 1 star because of the absolute bad quality of the mosaic top Not at all like the picture of the product online Do yourself a favour and avoid buying anything online from this site

Product was defective at the time of purchase however the department and especially the guys dealing with assembly did their best effort to resolve the situation
