Incompatible instruction made impossible to install

I purchased a combo including a Yale Linus 2 electronic lock Unfortunately the lock came with the instruction from the previous model completely not applicable nothing corresponded Despite of searching for a video in the company page I didn t find one corresponding to the new lock I can t understand how a company who wants to consider itself as reputable makes such an idiotic error User experience nul Frustration 100
