Been with Yappl for a fair few years now and am very impressed with the service I m not very decisive so a lot of backwards and forwards to the team and they never let me down or get annoyed with me Top service from all but Tonia and Nicola especially in my case

Onboarding made eady

Only just stared with these and moved from a cheap but not good provider from enquiry to set up its all been easy and good communications from the team I have the phones mobile app and call switch app on computer and to be honest I like the app so I think the phones will be paperweights only The app is simple to use and links with our Outlook contacts and Gmail contacts

Great company and great service from start Robyn was great with the initial enquiry and assisting with all our questions The onboarding after service and support has been excellent with Mark answering all of our questions to ensure we have been set up correctly Wouldn t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

I have used Yappl for years even before they got the interesting name I keep coming back because they offer great value not just low cost but great value The team are awesome helpful and entertaining Communication packages are not such fun but the people at Yappl make it stress free and are a pleasure to do business with What is even better apart from one time I have never had to wait on hold to speak to EE directly this is worth it s weight in gold I have had many mobiles mobile internet and have just taken out a VOIP set up Whilst all the team have been great to deal with a big shout to Emma who is a perfect example of how to do modern sales From my companies to yours - Thank you Yappl
