Lifelong Subscription Required

I am happy if people have success with this program but I just see it as a well thought out cash grab The obese market is like an endless fountain of money and misery No one really wants to fix the problem if they can capitalize on it instead Hence why they give you a medication that requires a subscription and tell you This is a lifelong treatment The weight will come right back if you discontinue the medication Though I did like the doctor that looked at my blood test results They made great suggestions I wish they d have doctors that were tasked with diagnosing illnesses They d make a lot more money since most v rdcentrals typically just say It s stress Drink tea Don t worry about the brown urine kidney pain hair loss or sudden psychosis Lemon balm will fix everything Instead of exploiting obese people how about you help sick people and offer prevenative care

The app isn t English friendly

It s been a month since joining Yazen I like the easy access to doctors and dietitians But I have a huge problem to access the forum and the community posts as they are all in Swedish I changed my app language to English but everything in the forums and recipes is in Swedish and that makes it extremely hard for me to follow the information and take full advantage of the service Gladly the doctor and dietitian speak English but some instructions on how to use the medication were in Swedish so I had to do the translation by myself I feel that I don t get the full value of the service

The APP is really difficult to login

The APP is really difficult to login I haven t been able to get access to it for more than a week Soon I have to pay the second month and I think it s sad when I haven t been able to contact my team or to use the application as I should do

Too expensive

I love the fact that this service exists and the ease of use However the price is extremely expensive especially when you then have to pay privately for the medication on top Perhaps it is a fairer price relative to salaries in some countries but in Spain the cost is prohibitive especially if you see this as a long-term treatment For the fact it exists in Spain I would give it 5 stars For the cost less than 1

I like the program because it covers different disciplines you have a coach who helps you resolves concerns you have an assigned doctor and that makes you feel safe

I ve been using this weight loss app for a while and overall it offers great value with its insightful learnings and access to a doctor coach and psychologist who provide continuous support throughout the journey However there are two areas that could be improved First the pricing since weight loss is a long-term commitment the monthly fees should be more accessible to encourage users to stay engaged Second while this is personal I find it contradictory that many of the professionals guiding me through weight loss are also seem overweight Given the app s emphasis on the health risks of being overweight I would expect role models in this space to lead by example which would help build more trust and credibility

The daily reminders are great The programme itself is a little expensive for the monthly subscription but the community is very helpful and the nutrition and exercise tutorials are interesting The fact that the doctor and coach interact with you makes it an all-round professional programme which has the patient client at heart
