We use yellow cab here tacoma wa They simply take advantage of senior residents simply needing to get to near ER by home It is close about less than half a mile Basically it is a few blocks and a turn The dispatchers are always very rude and lie about drivers being available Drivers try to scam us all the time Most of the time the meters are not even on to give correct fare It is not possible to be 11 00 for a normally 5 00 to 6 00 dollar fare based on our true distance Do not carry large bills if you travel short distance They will take most of it without asking you if they deserve tips Carry exactly your fare amount Do not be taken advantage by drivers Dash cams need to be installed to monitor and check for scam operation towards customers It keep happening to us and company do nothing More honest people are needed or this place need to investigated by the department of transportation for abuse of customers

After 4 years of service I m leaving

Waited 45 minutes for the app to find me a driver before giving up and using another taxi service Have had my calls cut hung up when I was apparently 1st in line to be answered and have had some questionable drivers who made uncomfortable comments about race sexual orientation and gender

Taxis didn t show up

Decided to give the company another go after a few weird and not so great experiences and it seemed okay for a week or two but it s gone downhill again I ve had 3 taxis cancel on me or not turn up in the past 2 days for no apparent reason All the agents say is sorry for that it ll be 5 10 minutes for a new one and that one then doesn t show up either

I ve used yellow cabs in Swansea almost every other day for the past 5 6 months recently had a driver that told me himself that certain drivers overcharge to get more money I m so happy we now have Uber available I recently had a horrendous experience with yellow cabs Their drivers seem to have a knack for taking the longest routes possible conveniently padding up the fare It s as if they have a secret competition to see who can rack up the highest bill I ve noticed a significant price difference depending on the driver which reeks of dishonesty and exploitation Avoid this company if you value your time and money

I was a true blue customer until today

I was a true blue customer until today i asked the driver 4 times in a row did he see a sign on the building where i was waiting for him i said rear of the mall he must have been in the front so his way of answering me was to hang up on me and not answer back my calls not realizing that he is a service not an ignorant person Will never deal with Yellow Cabs Calgary to bad your loss for hiring rude ignorant drivers

Your driver is absolute terrible tried to overcharge me 50 to Enfeild when i get charged 35 to get to this location do not go with the driver with L99 he s an awful driver and needs to lose his driving badge On top of that followed my partner to the shop and stalking vibes and we called them back and they were going to a vulnerable person s house to demand a house to get the money Like he s not fit to be a driver at all so i am not using yellow cabs again they re not up too par andhas a very stinking attitude and do not care about any of their customers So yeah i took my money back and told him suck himself

DO NOT TRUST YELLOWCAB FOR A RIDE

We set up a yellow cab 2 weeks before we needed it We called the day before also We had a flight to catch The cab didn t show up at time needed We called 30 minutes after they were to be here and was told we have it on the board nobody has picked it up We can t do anything about that So to make a long story short You can not trust yellow cab for a ride If nobody picks your ride up they leave you hanging No phone calls saying no bodies coming no anything DO NOT TRUST YELLOWCAB FOR A RIDE
