Ben provided a highly professional service at a sensible price He arrived exactly when he said he would and carried out the work with efficiency It was very useful to have the relevant safety testing documents and building regs by email the same day The online booking system was new to us but very straightforward and was helpful to have the flexibility to choose the time and day we needed From our experience we would recommend Ben
