Delivered to wrong state address

I placed a order for Xmas on November 22 2020 Finally contacted yescustom on December 30 2020 only to be told it was delivered to completely wrong address in a whole another state so someone could be wearing my face on there shirt underwear Not very happy about that So they offered to resend product Asked since after Xmas if I could get different shirt they gave me preview and I agreed I had to contact them again 2 weeks after that to see where product was Finally got shipping information finally got product it was the Xmas version of the shirt So now I have a shirt that is going to collect dust for the next year

You say your printing is perfect I am here to dispute that I ordered a tshirt 19 99 sent a colored photo paid 8 99 for shipping total cost 30 13 what I received was a white tshirt with pink outline I want to be compensated and return your merchandise immediately but you have no instructions of a return policy

Shambles of a Company

I placed an order with them at the start of May and paid for fast delivery I emailed to ask where my order was on 16th May they said it can take 11 days forgetting that I had paid for fast delivery they shipped the order standard so the shorts never came in time Then they gave a fake excuse that DHL dont do fast delivery to the UK haha They also said they would refund the fast delivery cost only and not for the shorts that were delivered after the stag do so were useless To top it off I am still waiting for the refund now they said they would refund me in May and its now Sept and I have requested the refund 3 times

I tried creating a funny gift for Father s Day and made a huge mistake choosing this company First of all my shipping was so delayed I gave up hope of my item ever arriving The tracking link sent never worked and when I emailed the company asking for updates - nothing I finally receive the item long after anticipated and it s not at all what I was expecting it to be I did the editing to the photo myself and figured they would A Understand the photo uploaded that was clearly already cropped and had the background removed was what I wanted and B would send a proof of my product before making it to be approved Seriously I ve never worked with a custom company before that doesn t send prints When I voiced my disappointment in my product I basically was told tough luck and it was my fault

Worst company ever I ordered on the 4th of december from your ad about ideas for christmas gifts an my order should have arrived before christmas it did NOT arrive before christmas an when I sent an email enquiring where it was and i get a response of be patient now im left with a useless gift as christmas is over

should have looked at the reviews I m pretty sure they re scammers I bought socks for Christmas The ups link they sent me wouldn t work for me but miraculously worked for customer service to show my package had been delivered When I reported this they wanted me to pay an extra 13 to resend it So that would be 40 for socks and that s IF I got the socks I recommend shutterfly or etsy for similar products and to not be conned out of your money

WARNING Don t trust this Company I contacted them to ask the measurements of their long pillowcase so I can buy a pillow before I ordered I got told it was 20 x 36 so I ordered and bought a pillow The pillowcase arrived measuring 20 x 60 So wasted 9 99 on a pillow I emailed the lady to ask for a resolution as she misinformed me I bluntly got told the same WRONG measurements again and you should of waited until the pillow came No you should give out the right info or say not sure please wait until it arrives Disgusting rude Customer Service

I placed an order on November 26th leaving more than enough time for my order to arrive before Christmas Before ordering i even triple checked to ensure it would arrive before christmas It has been a month and i still do not have my item It will not arrive until after christmas after everyone is gone and after the festivities are over I paid over 40 for shipping only for the products to be rendered useless since the products were christmas 2020 themed Beware of ordering from this company

Crappy customer service

Crappy customer service i have waited my package many months now and it just sails back and forth in China Customer service doesn t respond or if it does they say that It updated yesterday like yes I can see that but it s still in China and going back to where it left I have tried asking my money back but no answer DON T ORDER HERE
