YES Glazing Solutions were recommended to me by the craftsman who is currently installing a number of oak windows and doors for us He said they were very good and he certainly wasn t wrong The engineers were very personable efficient and quite clearly cared about the quality of their work The 15 metre expanse of bi-folding doors is truly stunning and has transformed the rear aspect of our property We would definitely recommend them

Found the customer service and overall process of using YES to be great From enquiry to quotation to survey and invoicing every step was smooth and everyone involved was courteous and helpful Delays were caused by the current shortages in relation with Brexit and COVID but the team communicated clearly and seemed to genuinely care about doing all they could to expedite the process The installers could not do more they made all efforts to accommodate a tricky installation and were patient with our neighbours The quality of the windows seems ideal so far and I would have no hesitation in using them again when I need new doors in the new year
