Actively encouraging communication at every stage of the process from initial discussions to onboarding and setting up switching over the machines We had a zoom call to explain set-up and be shown around the settings etc As well as a support group on whatsapp to follow up with any teething issues for guidance To be able to have customers pay their bill with a gratuity in one transaction and have this tip show directly into the team TipJAR was ideal and a no-brainer for a small independent business and for my team
